Today's post is the 900th post I've written for 'G is for Gingers' - isn't that a crazy milestone to reach? Throughout the years I've always managed at least a couple of posts a month but I've tried to be more focused in the past few months, planning ahead so I can blog more. It's a hobby I'm surprised I've stuck with so long but something I still love doing.
To celebrate I wanted to share a favourite cocktail of ours this summer - Captain Morgan is our spirit of choice so there is always a bottle around the house and the rest of the ingredients aren't 'special' or expensive so this is a really easy cocktail to enjoy in the sunshine.
To serve two you will need:
80ml of spiced rum
Juice of 1 lime
80ml of cranberry juice
80ml of pineapple juice
40ml of orange juice
Ice Cubes
All you have to do is put all the ingredients into a cocktail shaker (or if you don't have one give them a good stir with a spoon) along with some ice and shake well. Strain the cocktail into two glasses with some fresh ice and decorate if you're feeling fancy.

Would love to know what you think about the post! I read every single one but if you have a question tweet me @gisforgingers. P.s. Comments make my day...
