Dress: F&F at Tesco (via Facebook Marketplace) | Cardigan: Ralph Lauren (via Vinted) | Boots: JD Williams* | Earrings: Isle & Coast |
It doesn't feel like we've had long for transitional dressing this year in Scotland. It's gone from the warmth of summer to the cold of winter overnight but that doesn't mean I'm not going to try to find moments when I can.
Like I said this cardigan is my latest Vinted bargain - I was looking for a light coloured, neutral cardi for autumn/winter and when this one popped up I bought it straight away. It's a brand that will last and in perfect condition so I'm really happy.
This dress was part of a little experiment I did a few months ago - I bought a bundle of clothes on Facebook marketplace with the hope I could add a couple of bits to my wardrobe (I did) and sell on the rest to make a profit (I did but only just). I'm really happy though because this is one of those easy dresses to throw on for everyday wear.
Finally, instead of looking to my second hand shoe collection I knew these fringed boots would finish off this look perfectly. They were gifted to me in 2016 and are still going strong six and a half years later. To me being sustainable with fashion is looking after and wearing the items we buy so they last years and these boots tick that box.
See the other ways I've styled these boots here.
