| Dress: Hobbs (via the Charity Shop) | Shoes: Caprice |
Just before I packed up my autumn/winter clothes for the year I found this amazing Hobbs dress in the charity shop. It's a lovely thick velvety fabric in a burgundy/purple colour. I also know a brand new Hobbs dress wouldn't have been cheap so I grabbed this one straight away.
I have an ongoing guest for work appropriate dresses - ones that suit everyday just sitting in the office but also something I can grab if I need something more formal for a leadership meeting. I think the Cadence dress sits nicely into the second category and I'm so happy I picked it up.
Over the past few years I've been drawn more and more to a different style of dresses. When I started my blog I was really into the
skater style but I've grown older and my body shape has changed I find myself wanting something that suits me better.
