A Romantic Red Dress for Date Night

Originally I planned for this to be a cute Valentines date night look but storms 'Ciara' and 'Dennis' had other ideas. The weather has been ridiculous recently and every spare moment I've had to shoot these images it has been awful outside.

It was windy when I took these photos too but luckily there were enough useable ones without my hair in my face or my knickers showing! Justyouroutfit offers outfits for women and I can't wait to share with you what I choose.

Valentine's day might be passed but it's always fun to dress up for date night and nothing says romance like a red dress. I am no stranger to the skater style - a few years ago they were a staple in my wardrobe. This one from 'justyouroutfit' is different to what I would normally wear with a plunging neckline.

I really like how flirty this dress is but of course I had to keep warm by adding my vegan leather jacket too. I think it completes the look nicely - the black adds a nice contrast with the red. I kept it sensible with these low heels but depending where we were going I might pull out the stilettos to finish off this Valentines look.

How did you celebrate valentines day? We stayed at home and made pizza which is our little tradition. As it was a special occasion we topped it with fillet steak and enjoyed a bottle of wine.
