Initially I planned to wear another skirt with this top but when I went down to ask my mum what she thought she decided they didn't match. I'm still not 100% why but you don't argue with your mum. I know new look have a more summery version of this skirt but I haven't picked it up. I'm loving the contrast of textures in this look.

I like the contrast of textures too, I especially love the skirt though! Tapestry fabric is always gorgeous :)

This is a really cute outfit, the textures are great and both pieces hit you at really flattering places. That's so hard to do with cropped tops I find!
